After you enjoy a home-cooked dinner, the frogs start to chirp, the light turns orange and yellow as the sun begins to set, and the sound of a vintage tractor and wagon driven by Jim Palmquist is heard making its way toward your cabin to pick you up for a wagon ride through Palmquist Farm's beautiful trails and forests. On your hayride, you'll see wild geese, ducks, and whitetail deer. The Belgian draft horses can also be used upon request for a truly authentic horse-drawn hayride.
